This handy tool has proven to be quite resourceful over the past several days.  The concept, share a recording of you or pre-recorded track to your Audio Boo followers, facebook friends, twitter followers, rss feed, itunes and more!!!  You get up to 5 minutes to record and you can apply a pic for  your followers to see while you talk or play your recording.  I think this is a great way to add a personal touch to your social media communications.   You can get really creative with this tool if you know what you are doing. The latest craze has been designing “website like” pages using FBML (facebook mark up language).  It takes some html skills and a little photoshop creation and you can really create a nice tab on your fanpage.  I’m having a lot of fun creating pages for clients and I felt like running a contest for my online following.  It’s really pretty simple to win!!  All you have to do is refer 25 of your friends to my fanpage and have them sign up for our mailing list.  On our mailing list there is a “referred by” box that your friend can put your name in.  The contest runs until someone hits the mark.  Watch this brief video below for more details.

Facebook receives most search site in US.

Recently, Facebook surpassed Google in most searched site in the US.  SEE EXCERPT BELOW:

Facebook has surpassed Google as the most visited Website in the US, according to a report published on Monday by analytics company Hitwise.

The firm said that for the week ending March 13, 2010, Facebook became the most visited site in the US.  Last week the two Internet giants accounted for 14% of all US Internet visits.  Facebook barely surpassed Google, with 7.07%, while Google had 7.03% of the weekly market share.

Hitwise said Facebook’s market share increased 185% last week compared to the same week last year, while visits to Google increased only 9% during the same time frame.  Read more March 16,2010
